Refund policy

All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, colour, or simply changing your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Items do not need to be returned in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.

Refunds are processed after the issue has been reviewed.
